The "admin" password is not accepted

Please check the login popup presented by the browser carefully: if it prompts for "License-Key ..." credentials and not for "Administration" access is denied until you provide a valid DEFENDO license key.
Fill in the license key as user name. Do not supply a password. If the license key is invalid the prompt for "License-Key ..." credentials will reappear. However if the key is correct you will be prompted for the "Administration" login. You will then be able to login as usual again (e.g. as "admin").
Please contact your DEFENDO dealer if you don't have a license key or if the one you have is not accepted. Your dealer needs to know the ID displayed by the login popup in order to issue a new key. Also, if you should know the support IP of your DEFENDO it will make it easier for us to lookup your DEFENDO.
Attention!
The ID may contain the digit 0 as well as the letter O. Please make sure that you don't confuse these characters. Otherwise an invalid license key will be issued.
