IP address range 169.254.x.x
If a DHCP clients assignes an address from the range 169.254.x.x to its network adapter there is a problem with DHCP in your
network. A DHCP client uses a random address from this range when no server replies to its request.
Please check if the DHCP server is up and running. Maybe the server ran out of unused addresses. Consider increasing its address
pool or reducing the lease lifetime. If the DHCP server is running as "secondary DHCP" although it is the only DHCP server
in your LAN, you should disable the "secondary" option.
